Mrs. Marion Ives

Mrs. Marion Ives, 86, 2148 S.E. Tecumseh Road, died Sunday at Brewster’s Place, 1205 W 29^th.

She was born Sept 17, 1887 in Mexico and spent most of her life in Shawnee County.

She lived in Tecumseh community 35 years. She was a member of the Highway Club. She was married to Nelson Ives Sept. 17, 1904. He survives.

Other survivors include two sons Robert N Ives, 2435 S.E. Tecumseh Road, and Harry M. Ives, Silver Lake, three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Hope Abbey. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Ives will lie in state from 5 p.m. Monday until noon Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home.
